It's odd. In most games I tend to go male, but never so in Guild Wars. Awful dances and dorky...like male mesmers.
Fat ?? Fat ?? Have some teleporting eviscerate.

Also I've seen some seriously sexy male mesmers, with like... pure white suits + glowy hands etcetera, just go to the Great temple and look at anyone who outshines your character for ideas.

Basically it's easier to make a cute female character, but if you're a male in the end spending the time to make a great looking male character will give you more accomplishment (meaning positivity from actual chicks). Plus an actual chick is always going to be able to make a sexier chick than you.

Posting in a kind of old thread, but this thread became relevant to my interests with the recent gender change update.

I've played as female warrior from the release date, and wore a large variety of armours so I didn't get bored of the look. But the thing is, hammers on female warriors look ridiculous.

There are enough swords and axes that look good on female, but I kind of want to try a hammer for a change.

Opinions on the gender change? I'm still torn

i have both a female war and a male war,it all comes down to personal preference, but i got to say that female warriors look better (ofc lol) and the armor doesn't look so bulky like on male warriors, where half of the armors make them look fat.

Obsidian armor on a male war looks just awful.

I use white dyed elite glads top, red dyed vabbian legs + red dyed primieval boots, and it looks great with the right head/skin color.

Awful resolution screenshot.

I recommend this combination, but I'm looking for ways to improve.
Red dyed istani, red dyed gladiator gaunts, and red dyed primieval boots also works.

PS: netniwk, that's a bad hammer skin buy some more and you might like em.

netniwk, only you can decide if you want to change your character's gender and if it's worth the money.

True, I'm just going to try some hammer builds to see whether I like the play style and check how some of my axes/swords look on the male version.

Too bad I'm stuck on the 9nine rings

You can try going to the screenshot forum and asking for a picture of the combo you'd like.

I'd recommend Elite Gladiator's armor and a Colossal Pick for a female warrior. You can go Elite Kurzick armor and a, uhmmm... Can't think of the name, gonna check wiki. brb

Edit: Found it. This one.

I had the same dilemma more than a year ago when I was making a female warrior. Finally decided on these two combinations.

Female warrior's, hands down. Male warriors look fat and ugly. And female's have a wider choice of good looking armor if you ask me.
